This is currently offered only at our ESSEX SPA location, which is a 25 yard pool. If your swimmer would enjoy being part of a team, this may be for you. Similar, in nature, to the “STROKES” and “EFFICIENCY” categories, this program is intended to be about learning mixed with camaraderie and feel like a swim team. [No races/competition/meets.]
